Spend Budget Increase:  To raise your spend limit, we'll need you to provide documents to verify your primary funding source and your proposed spending budget.  As a regulated operator, we request this information to ensure that our customers are betting in an affordable and sustainable way. 

To verify your income, you'll need to submit documents that demonstrate your net income and meet our evidencing standards. Only the following will be accepted:

Please note pay slips are the quickest way to verify and allow us to resolve your query in a timely manner.

• PAYE Income: Confirmation of your occupation, along with either three monthly payslips, six fortnightly payslips, or eight weekly payslips. (last)
  
• Self-Employed: Your most recent complete tax calculation, such as an SA302 (UK) or Form 11 (IRE), and a recent bank statement showing regular income.
  
• If you receive income on top of your base pay, such as bonuses, commissions, or dividends, please detail their regularity and provide a bank statement showing an example of said funds being received.
  
• Additional/Alternative Income: If you have other additional/alternative sources of income, such as savings, investment portfolios, or a pension, please let us know and provide documents that verifies this income.
  
• Betfair Exchange: Please let us know if you are employing a betting strategy, such as arbing or trading. We appreciate that your source of income may differ from that of recreational customers and, as such, may not be able to provide the information detailed above. If this is the case, please provide an explanation as to how you use our product, and we will let you know what type of information we will require.
  
  

Discretionary income refers to the money left after taxes and essential expenses like bills and groceries have been paid.

To calculate it, subtract your essential outgoings from your monthly net income. For example, if your net monthly income is £2,000 and your essential expenses total £1,500, your discretionary income would be £500.
