How can I withdraw money if my payment card/method does not allow it?
If you are using a payment method/or card that does not accept withdrawals (e.g. Paysafe Card), you can withdraw via Bank Transfer on the 'Other Methods' tab here. For more information on Bank Transfers, read our article here.
I have made multiple withdrawals, and I am missing some. Why?
Please be aware if you have made multiple withdrawals, these may not appear on your statement in the order you made the withdrawal. For example, if you made a withdrawal on a Friday and a Saturday you may receive the Saturday withdrawal in your bank first. This is due to the banking process.
Please give 5 working days for all withdrawals to appear in your account before getting in touch.
I have withdrawn to a lost or expired card, what can I do?
- If you have lost your card firstly cancel this card with your bank.
- If you still have access to the account no. and sort code this card relates to, your withdrawal will still be processed, however this may take slightly longer than usual.
- If you don't have access to this account then the withdrawal should decline and return to your Betfair balance.
How do I transfer funds from my Poker Wallet?
If you wish to transfer funds from your Poker wallet, make sure you are logged in and on Browser:
- select the 'Poker' tab
- select the arrow next to your balance on the Home Page
- hit 'transfer' and follow the instructions on the next screen
On the Sports Betting App hit the 'person/account' icon in the top right and select 'Transfer Funds' from under the 'My Wallet' section:
How can I view my recent withdrawals?
You can view your recent withdrawals here when you are logged in.
I have withdrawn to a payment method which is no longer active. What shall I do?
- Payment is not yet processed by Betfair
You can cancel card withdrawals before they have been processed by us (up to 24 hours). Withdrawals which are not yet processed will be displayed under ''Pending Withdrawals'' in ''My Account'' --> ''Withdraw Funds from Betfair''.
You can reverse a pending withdrawal by clicking on the ''Reverse'' button and your withdrawal will be instantly returned as an available balance in your Betfair account.
Please note, this feature is not currently available for UK & Irish customers.
- Payment has already been processed by Betfair
Should your withdrawal have already been processed from Betfair's end, it is very likely that your bank, card issuer or e-wallet client holds the funds in a temporary or ''suspense'' account as the details they hold for the payment method are no longer valid. In this case, you will need to contact us and we will be able to provide a proof of this transaction which you will need to present to your bank to trace the funds.
Please note that your withdrawal value will appear under the description 'BETFAIR' on your bank statement.
Can I cancel my withdrawal?
This depends on how you have withdrawn your funds and the amount of time that has passed.
Which withdrawal method was used?
- Card: If you have withdrawn to a card, then you can cancel card withdrawals yourself before they have been processed by us.
- Bank Transfer: If you have withdrawn by Bank Transfer, and this has not yet been processed, then we may be able to cancel this. To find out whether this is possible please contact us and we'll take a look at this for you.
- Apple Pay: If you have withdrawn via apple pay , then you can cancel apple pay withdrawals yourself before they have been processed by us.
Other Methods: If you have withdrawn to another payment method then, unfortunately, you will not be able to cancel your withdrawal.
How can I reverse my withdrawal?
If you have withdrawn by card you can reverse your withdrawal on site by navigating to: 'My account > My Betfair account > Payments > Withdraw' if you have any pending withdrawals these shall display at the top with the option to 'Reverse'. Simply click on Reverse and you will then be asked to confirm the reversal. Funds should return to your account immediately.
Please note, this feature is not currently available to UK & Irish customers.

How do I know if my withdrawal has been processed?
If the option to cancel is no longer available then the withdrawal has been processed.
Please note that your withdrawal value will appear under the description 'BETFAIR' on your bank statement.
What if my withdrawal has already been processed?
If your withdrawal has already been processed this means that the money has now left Betfair and we will not be able to reverse this for you.
What happens if I have withdrawn to an inactive payment method?
If you are able to cancel this withdrawal still, we recommend that you do so. If not please contact us and we will look into this further for you.
