For accounts that already have a username, unfortunately, you will not be able to change this.

However, if your username is an e-mail address we would like you to take a few minutes to create a new username.

To do this you just need to follow some simple steps

1.     Login to your Betfair account.
2.     From the top right click on ‘My Account’ then ‘My Betfair Account’.
3.     Select ‘My Details’ and from the drop down menu choose ‘Account Details’.
4.     On the ‘About You’ section, click ‘Edit’.
5.     You will now have the option to enter a username.
6.     To confirm your changes just enter you Betfair password.

These changes will take effect the next time you login.

• Usernames must be unique, using only alphabetical and numerical characters.
• You should avoid using a username you have used on another account.
• Try not to use first name and last names within your username.

Once your username is selected it cannot be changed.
