Do I need to Opt in?
- Yes, you need to Opt In via the banner, promotions hub, or promo page before you place your qualifying bet. To find your promotions hub, click here.
- Make sure you do this first - bets placed before opting in won't count.
When can I place my qualifying bet?
Qualifying bets must be placed between 00:00am Monday to 23:59pm Sunday to count towards the promotion. The promotion runs across four separate weeks and can be seen below:
- 00:00am 03/08 - 11:59pm 09/08
- 00:00am 10/08 - 11:59pm 16/08
- 00:00am 17/08 - 11:59pm 23/08
- 00:00am 24/08 - 11:59pm 30/08
Please note: you will need to Opt In to each one of the above offers separately once they're available - before placing any qualifying bets.
How much do I need to stake?
- Your eligible amount can be seen on the promotion, within your Promotions Hub.
- You will also be able to see your Free Bet eligible amount in the promotion.
- Values vary per customer.
What bets qualify?
Place a minimum bet to the value of what is specified on the promotion, within your Promotions Hub.
Your bet must have:
- At least 3 legs or more (multi-leg bets only)
- Minimum combined odds of 1/2 (1.5)
and be on either:
- Accas or Bet Builders
Can I place more than one qualifying bet?
You don't need to place your full eligible amount in a single bet. Qualifying bets can be accumulated until you reach the required total.
For example, if your eligible amount is showing in the promotion as £10, you could place:
- One qualifying bet of £10, or
- Two qualifying bets of £5 each (totalling £10), or
- Multiple qualifying bets that add up to £10.
Once the final qualifying bet has been settled and provided all eligibility criteria outlined in the promotion have been met, the Free Bet will be credited to the customer's account.

What bets don't qualify?
The following won't count towards this promotion:
- Cashed out bets
- Bets placed using Free Bets
- Bets using the Bet Boost token
What Free Bet will I receive?
- Once your qualifying bets settle, you'll receive a Free Bet token to the amount specified on the promotions, within your Promotions Hub.
- It's a maximum of one Free Bet per customer.
When will I get my Free Bet?
- Your Free Bet will be credited to your account within 1 hour after your qualifying bet has settled.
- Remember, all qualifying bets must be settled by 23:59 on Sunday to count.
What can I use the Free Bet on?
- The Free Bet can be used on all sports.
- The Free Bet can only be placed on bets with a minimum of 3 legs or more, on an acca, bet builder or any multiple.
When will the Free Bet expire?
- The Free Bet will expire in 7 days after credited.

Will I get my stake back if I win with the Free Bet?
- No. Your stake will not be returned with your winnings on Free Bets.

Who can take part in this promotion?
- The promotion is available to selected customers with a registered Betfair account, aged over 18, in the United Kingdom & Ireland who have been invited to the promotion, subject to these terms and conditions.
- You can only take part using one account. If you have been excluded (via email or otherwise) by Betfair from taking part in any promotions, you will not qualify for this promotion.
