How long will it take to receive my withdrawal?

Withdrawal timescales will be dependent on the payment method you are withdrawing to. Once you have confirmed your withdrawal, you will be advised of how long this should take to reach your bank.

The quickest withdrawal method is an Instant Bank Transfer. This will appear in your bank immediately and can be accessed from the Populartab on your withdrawal pages.

Card Payments - Instant Withdrawals

Instant withdrawals is a service developed to get your withdrawals back into your bank account faster than ever! All Visa cards and participating MasterCard's are eligible for instant withdrawals. These payments should be in your bank account within 1-4 hours.

In rare cases, it can take longer than 4 hours. If you have not received your withdrawal within 24 hours, then you should get in touch with us by selecting 'Message Us' at the bottom of this article.

Card Payments - Standard Withdrawals

Standard withdrawals should be in your bank 2-5 working days from the date you requested them. Please make sure you allow the full 5 working days to elapse before getting in touch.

Once that timeframe has passed, if your withdrawal still isn't available, you can reach out to our customer support team and they will provide you with a Tracing Number (ARN) to provide to your bank account. See the below section on Tracing Number (ARN) for more information.

*Also consider Bank Holidays when applying the above timescales as these are not working days.

Other Withdrawal Methods

See the below table for withdrawal methods, minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times:

What do I do if I have not received my withdrawal within the above referenced timescales?

If you do not receive your withdrawal within 4 hours, it is likely due to that card type not being eligible for instant withdrawals. In that instance it should take 2-5 working days to show in your bank account. Unless you are used to your withdrawals being in your bank within 4 hours, please allow 5 working days to pass before getting in touch.

For any type of withdrawal, if you have still not received your withdrawal after 5 working days, reach out to our customer support team by clicking 'Message Us' at the bottom of this article.

What is a Tracing Number (ARN) and how do I obtain this?

ARN stands for Acquirer reference number. This is a unique number that tags a credit card transaction when it goes from the merchant's bank (The Acquiring Bank) through the card scheme to the cardholder's bank (The Issuer). The ARN can be used to track a payment or refund.

If you require a Tracing Number (ARN) you can contact us by clicking 'Message us' at the bottom of this article.

How do I use an Tracing Number (ARN)?

You will need to pass the ARN Number onto your bank; to either the card issuing or the charge back department, and they should be able to find the missing money.

What happens is the bank cannot find the money, even with the Tracing Number (ARN)?

This means that a trace is needed. Thus, you would need to request a letter from the bank which states that they could not find the money and we will be able to trace the funds.
