Why am I unable to withdraw?
There are several reasons why a withdrawal may not be processed:
- You have not met the requirements of the closed loop policy
- You have opened a new account and we need to verify you. If this is the case, you will be advised of any restrictions when you first log in or before you first deposit. For more information on verification please click here.
- You are yet to make a deposit. In order to verify your card, you must deposit first
- You are using a payment method/ card which does not accept withdrawals.
