Promotion Exclusion Complaints

If you have been excluded from receiving free bets, we will have sent an email to your registered address confirming this. Please check all your active email addresses for an email from 'Betfair' titled either; 'Important Notification''Service Announcement: Your Betfair Account', or 'Important Information Regarding Your Account'.

Betting Behaviour

On occasion, reviews by our trading team may highlight accounts which require tighter liability management. These accounts will not be permitted to participate in the offers. Patterns of betting that indicate an attempt to abuse the promotions - or engage in activity that is against the spirit of the promotions - will also result in immediate exclusion from the offers. In respect of Gaming promotions, patterns that indicate an attempt to abuse the promotions or engage in activity that is against the spirit of them - will also result in immediate exclusion from the offers and promotions. Fraudulent Behaviour

Any account that is deemed to be directly involved in fraudulent activities, or related to other accounts that have been involved, will be excluded from promotional offers. In addition, any such accounts will be subject to our Fraud Policies, outlined in our Betfair General Terms & Conditions article under the heading 'Account Terms and Conditions of use'.

Can I escalate a free bet exclusion or a promotion exclusion, in order to obtain the reason?

As per our terms and conditions we retain the right to remove the availability of free bets and bonuses from any account. We will provide advance notice wherever possible however access to promotions may be amended or withdrawn without notice. As such, we are not obliged to provide further information, either specific to yourself or around the general process.

Will a free bet exclusion or a promotion exclusion be reviewed/removed?

Whilst such restrictions are reviewed routinely, based on account activity, they are not done so on request and such decisions are not taken lightly.

What happens if I have qualified for a free bet or a promotion this week?

Any promotions already earned will be credited as usual. However, you will not be able to take part in these promotions moving forward.
