• Resetting your password via Email

On selecting the reset password via email option, you will receive an email from us containing a link to verify your security answers. After clicking the link you will be able to set a new password. (Please check your junk/spam folders in case our email is not recognised).

• Resetting your password via SMS

On selecting the reset password via SMS option, you will receive a SMS from us containing a code which you will be prompted to enter on the website. When the correct code is supplied, you will be asked to answer your security questions before being allowed to reset your password.
