1.    What is happening?
As part of our jursidictional blocking due diligence procedures, we are reaching out to customers we have identified who have Greece listed as their Country of Residence to inform them that they can no longer access our website.
 
2. Can I use a VPN or proxy server to access your site from now on?
Customers with a Greece Country of Residence will no longer have access to the website. VPN’s should not be used and in accordance with our terms and conditions, all customers should ensure that they gamble in compliance with local gambling laws. 
 
3. I don't live in Greece anymore; will I be able to continue using the site?
If your Country of Residence is no longer Greece you will have to register a new account reflecting your new address and Country of Residence. All accounts that have Greece as their Country of Residence will be automatically closed from 1st July 2020.
 
4. I am a Greek citizen; can I use Betfair when outside of Greece?
You can use your Bextfair account when outside of Greece only if your Country of Residence is not Greece.
 
5. I have sent money to my Betfair account via bank transfer and it will not credit before the 1st July 2020 what will happen to my money?
All customers no longer able to access their account to withdraw funds will be required to contact customer services to retrieve funds.
 
6. Can I withdraw my balance?
Yes. All customers with funds remaining in their account are asked to withdraw their balances by the 1st July 2020. Failure to do so may significantly delay the duration until funds can be returned. All customers no longer able to access their account to withdraw funds will be required to contact customer services to retrieve their outstanding funds.
 
7. How can I withdraw my funds?
Funds can be withdrawn through the usual methods until the 1st July 2020. If funds have not been withdrawn after this date please contact customer services to return all outstanding funds.
 
8. Can I trade on markets where I have open positions?
From 1st July 2020 all access to the Betfair site will be blocked and no trading or betting will be possible. We encourage all customers to cash/trade out of any open positions or matched bets and remove all unmatched bets from the exchange before 1st July 2020. Any open bets after 1st July 2020 will be automatically voided and the stakes will credit the customer's account and the customer will be required to contact customer services to retrieve their funds.
 
9. I currently have matched and unmatched bets on the Exchange, what will happen to those?
From 1st July 2020 all access to the Betfair Exchange will be blocked and no trading or betting will be possible. We encourage all customers to cash/trade out of any open positions and remove all unmatched bets from the exchange before the cut off.
 
10. What will happen to the bets I have already placed on the Sportsbook and Exchange?
Any open bets after 1st July 2020 will be automatically voided and the stakes will credit the customer's account and the customer will be required to contact customer services to retrieve their funds.
 
11. What will happen to my free bets/bonuses I have not yet used?
All free bets/bonuses not used by 1st July 2020 will expire and be unable to be utilized.
 
12. Can I still withdraw my funds after 1st July 2020? If so, how do I do this?
Funds can be withdrawn through the usual methods until the 1st July 2020. If funds have not been withdrawn after this date please contact customer services to return all outstanding funds.
 
13. What happens if I do not withdraw my funds before 1st July 2020?
You will need to contact customer services to retrieve your funds.
 
14. What can I do with my Exchange Games balances?
Customers with balances in their Exchange Games Account are kindly asked to transfer funds to the main wallet by 29th June 2020 to ensure funds within the Exchange Games wallet can be withdrawn before the 1st July 2020.
