MOBILE - To process a withdrawal from your account you need to click on the 'My Account' icon, select the “Withdraw” button and select the payment method you would like to withdraw the funds to.

DESKTOP - To process a withdrawal from your account you need to click on 'My Account' (found at the top right hand side of the home page) and select 'My Betfair Account' from the drop-down menu, where you will see the “Withdraw funds” option available.

Remember:

• You can only withdraw from your Main Wallet. If you've got funds in another wallet (Poker account or Exchange Games account) you'll need to transfer those funds back to your Main Wallet.
  
• If you have deposited into your Betfair account using a payment method, you will need to withdraw funds back to that payment method as well. Take a look at the Why can't I always choose how I withdraw my funds? FAQ for more help.
  
• Bank Holidays and weekends are not classed as working days.
  
• Please note that your withdrawal value will appear under the description ‘BETFAIR’ on your bank statement.
