How do Knockout (KO) tournaments work?
KO tournaments award a cash bounty for each player you eliminate.
- Every player has a bounty
- You receive the bounty when you eliminate them
How are bounties calculated in KO tournaments?
Part of the buy-in is assigned as your bounty.
Example:
- Total buy-in: £27
- £20 > prize pool
- £5 > your bounty
- £2 > tournament fee
If you win the tournament, you also receive your own bounty.
What are Progressive Knockout (PKO) tournaments?
In PKO tournaments:
- 50% of the buy-in goes to the prize pool
- 50% becomes your bounty
When you eliminate a player:
- You receive 50% of their bounty as cash
- The remaining 50% is added to your bounty
Your bounty increases as you eliminate players.
What are Progressive Total Knockout (PKO Total) tournaments?
In Progressive Total KO tournaments:
- 100% of the buy-in becomes bounties
- There is no final prize pool
When you eliminate a player:
- You receive 50% of their bounty as cash
- The remaining 50% is added to your bounty
