For customers based in Ireland that wish to play Poker, iPoker has been discontinued and Poker is no longer accessible through our Betfair Product. To play, you can open an account at pokerstars.com.
What does this mean?
We don't accept game manipulation, and we'll act against any account that takes part in it.
Collusion and chip dumping
Collusion happens when two or more players team up or share information to gain an unfair edge.
Chip dumping is when a player intentionally gives chips to another player at the table.
We don't allow collusion or chip dumping at our tables.
Staking, swapping and profit sharing
Players with staking, profit or bankroll sharing agreements can't play at the same table. This applies to cash games and Sit & Go tournaments with up to 48 players.
If you have an agreement with another player, contact us. We can set up a restriction and avoid any accidental overlap.
We use software to detect collusion and unfair play, and we take action when we find it. If you think something looks suspicious, report it and include:
- The usernames involved.
- Hand histories or hand IDs.
- Any suspicious chat messages.
- Table or tournament IDs.
You can reach us through our desktop software, app or website. We'll start an investigation right away.
