Sportsbook: My bet has not been settled yet. Why not?
We aim to settle every market within a matter of minutes - usually within half an hour, at a maximum.
If your bet has still not been settled for a long period the result of an event is known, please get in touch with Customer Service. We'll need the Bet ID (found in the ‘My Bets’ section, on the top left hand side of the website) so we can raise any issue quickly to the team who look after bet settlement.
