All promotions available to you are shown on the Casino promotions hub page. From here you can click through to the individual promotions page where all details of the offer will be displayed. Also on this page there will be clear steps on what you need to do to complete the promotion.

To find the Promotions Hub, check below as it will vary depending on what device you're using.

  • If you're on a desktop computer or laptop: Visit promos.betfair.com or click the Promotions link in the black navigation bar.
  • For accessing on our mobile or tablet App, or on a mobile browser: Open the App and click the promotions (gift) icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Checking progress of an offer

There are two kinds of promotions: Automated and Static.

The automated promotions will show you an update on progress in real-time as soon as you have completed the relevant action. You must opt-in to these promotions first so that the automated tracking can update for you correctly.

You know when you have opted-in because it will show you a banner over the top graphic saying "Accepted". The progress will be shown to you via the promotions page, which can always be accessed from the promotions hub page. You must log in to see your own progress. Once you have completed the banner will change to say "Qualified".

Static promos do not show you real-time updates. For these you just need to read through the steps and complete them. Once complete, you will be paid out the reward within 24 hours.

How long do I have to complete the offer?

For automated promotions, the time left (count down) is displayed on the promotions hub page and individual page. It will always tell you how long you have left to complete the next step.

For static promotions you will be given a promotion expiry date and this should be clearly displayed at the bottom of the promotions page.

Progress bar not updating?

If you can see the progress bar and have completed one of the steps on an eligible game but yet the percentage is not increasing then please try logging out and back in to the to see if this updates anything. If this doesn't work, log off and wait for an hour or so to ensure full updates have completed.

How long is my bonus available for?

Any bonus issued is valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion. Any remaining/unused bonus at the end of the stated period will be removed from your account.

Please check the terms and conditions of your bonus from the promotions page  to find out when it expires.

You could also navigate to 'My Account' > 'My Casino Account' > 'Bonuses' to view the expiry date on your active bonus.

What games can I use my Casino bonus on?

Every Casino bonus has specific eligible games that you can play on to work towards your wagering requirements.  You can locate the eligible games for your bonus on the promotions page for Casino.

The list of eligible games will be located near the Terms and Conditions tab. Please always look at the terms and conditions of any promotion you take part in. The same process applies if you are on a mobile device.

How can I cancel my active casino bonus?

If you cancel your bonus you also forfeit any pending winnings you have accrued. You also risk losing your buy-in funds. Cancelled bonuses and winnings cannot be refunded.

You can cancel your Casino bonus by visiting the Casino promotions page once logged into your account.

You will be able to find the active bonus on this page, where there will be the option to cancel it.

How do I get a bonus?

Casino bonuses are not automatically applied to your account. To trigger off any bonus you would first need to login to the Casino from our site or mobile application. You then need to visit the promotions page to view what offers are available to you.

Please read the terms and conditions, then 'Buy-in' / 'Accept' / 'Opt-in' to the bonus you want in order to trigger it off.  All bonuses credited must be 'bought-in' to, accepted or declined. Once accepted, a bonus is credited to your playable balance. Declined bonuses will not be reapplied.

Kindly note that a Casino bonus is never automatically triggered, as one needs to be aware of its terms and conditions, before choosing to benefit from it.

When and how can I use my bonus?

Casino bonuses update automatically in real-time as they are used. You can check progress of where you are with an offer on the promotions hub, and individual game pages. The balances shown in the site headers and 'My Account' will also update. You will clearly be able to see how much you have wagered and how much is left to wager.

Once wagering is completed, any winnings in the bonus wallet will be transferred over to the main wallet. You can check the details of this via the Account Summary in 'My Account'.

Bonuses have to be used in the order that they were awarded, in case the same Game is eligible to both/all of them. You can only use your next bonus once the current bonus has been completely used or has expired. 

If you place a bet that is more than your bonus amount available, money from your main wallet will be used to make up the stake. It will not take money from other separate bonuses you have been awarded.

For example, if you have a £10 bonus and place a £20 bet, £10 will be taken from your main balance to make up the £20 bet total.

How can I see what offers are available to me?

The active Casino promotions you can take part in are listed on the Casino Promotions Hub. 

Remember you'll need log in first, as this page will only show promotions that you are eligible to take part in. 

If you're looking for the Promotions Hub, check below as it will vary depending on what device you're using.

If you can't find a promotion it might not have started yet or may not be available to you. Please make sure you check the Promotions Hub often, as new offers are added regularly. 

Offer's that have expired won't be visible on the Promotions Hub.

Finding your bonus

Bonuses show on the Promotions Hub page just like promotional offers do. If you've fulfilled a promotion then the page will update to show you the bonus and what you need to do to redeem it.

You can also see how much you have in your bonus wallet via the site headers and in the Account Summary part of  'My Account'. It will also appear in the game window balance for any game that the bonus is eligible for. Bonuses will automatically add to the main amount of money within the game. Some bonuses are only available to be spent on particular games, which you will find clearly listed on the promotions page.

If you have completed the promotion qualification steps but haven't been awarded the bonus this might be because it needs accepting first. Simply find the offer on the promotions page and click accept.

Had a Free Bet offer?

Free Bets have been discontinued and replaced with new Bonus Cash. Your available Free Bet balance has been converted automatically into Bonus Cash and this balance should be displayed in the site headers and in the account summary in My Account.

How can I track my bonus?

You can track your bonus by:

  1. Navigating to 'My Account' > 'My Casino Account' once logged in and on the Casino section of the website.
  2. You will be directed to the default 'Summary' page.
  3. You then need to click on Bonuses. This will give you all of the information you require about your active bonus.

Alternatively, you can log in and go to the promotions page  and locate the active bonus. Here you will see the percentage of progress on your bonus, as well as its expiry date. The same process applies if you are on a mobile device.

Why haven't I been credited for a promotion?

All promotions have a to-be-credited by time/date. Some are instant and some may be credited at the end of the promotional period.

What are wagering requirements?

A wagering requirement is a multiplier that represents the number of times you have to play though a bonus before you are able to withdraw any winnings.

For example: I am given a £20 Casino bonus with a 10x wagering requirement. This means I need to spend £200 on eligible games, before I can withdraw any pending winnings gained.

Stakes on some of our games mat not count in full towards the wagering requirement, Standard Game Weightings may apply. Please always check the terms and conditions to clarify this.

Any winnings made whilst working towards your wagering requirements will be stored in a pending balance until you meet the wagering requirement. You cannot withdraw cash from your pending balance. You will be able to spend those pending funds to work down the wager requirement.

Wagering requirements for bonuses will apply to an account from the time a bonus is accepted and/or applied to an account.

To release any pending funds into your Main Wallet, you need to complete the wagering requirement for the applicable bonus. Once you have done that, all funds stored in the pending balance for that bonus will be released to your Main Wallet.
