Make sure you have opted in to the promotion
There will be a button on screen which says 'Opt-In' - you must make sure you click this before staking so that your stakes count towards the promotion.
If you click the Opt In button above on this article, it will take you to your promotions page to find out what promotions are currently available.
Make sure you stake only on the right games
Once you have successfully opted in, scroll the page to locate 'Eligible Games' for the promotion, or click the 'Eligible Games' tab. See the image below for an example:
Don't worry if you don't do this right now though. You can still access this from the promotions page.
So I have done all that, when will my free spins be credited?
Once you've met the requirements for staking or have been presented with pop up button then your free spins will be available in your account, you can also click 'Play' within the pop up when it appears.
Depending on which promotion you are taking part in, there may be a bar that fills up to show you your percentage completion towards the promotion.
How can I view and use my spins?
Free spins gained in a promotion can only be used on specific games. The games will be either be listed in the promotion's page under the 'Terms and Conditions' section on the promotion or there will be an eligible games tab on the promotion's page.
You can visit the 'Promotions' page to also view your remaining free spins.
Are my free spins locked to one game?
Yes - as soon as you open one of these games, your free spins will be locked against them so you have to use those spins on those games. If you exit without using them, they will not be transferred to the next game you open; you will have to navigate back to the game you originally opened to use the spins. As a reminder please go to the promotions page to see the eligible games for that offer.
Is there any expiry on the free spins?
Free spins do have an expiry, this could be as little as 2 hours for some Prize Pinball free spins. However, some promotions may differ. Please check the terms and conditions within the promotions page.
Are all suppliers the same?
Unfortunately, no. Each supplier has their own way of providing their free spins. For example, within PlayTech games, you may need to click the icon (circled below) to go into Free Spins mode.
Typically, you get a popup on launch, but if you click out of that, then this is where you will access your Free Spins.
