1. Why are Playtech games (Casino, Live Casino, Poker, Bingo) no longer accessible from Belarus?

We can no longer offer Playtech games to customers with a Belarus country of residence or customers located in Belarus.

 

2. I don't live in Belarus anymore; will I be able to continue Playtech games?

If your country of residence is no longer Belarus, you will have to register a new account reflecting your new address and Country of Residence. In addition, customers located in Belarus (irrespective of Country of Residence) will be unable to access Playtech games (Casino, Live Casino, Poker, Bingo) from 3rd September 2021.

 

3. What will happen to my bonuses I have not yet used?

All bonuses related to Playtech games (Casino, Live Casino, Poker, Bingo) not used by 3rd September 2021 will expire and will be unable to be utilized.
